    • Yes — free delivery and installation inside Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur on orders above Rs 10,000. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on the item.
    • Absolutely. We take room measurements, discuss fabric, finish and size, then manufacture exactly what you need. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks. Send us your room photo on WhatsApp to get started.
    • We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in original condition. Custom-made orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. All defects are covered under our 5-year structural warranty.
    • Madhyapur Thimi, Naya Thimi, Bhaktapur — right near Madhyapur Hospital. Open Sunday to Friday 10am–7pm and Saturday 11am–5pm.
    • Yes — easy installment options are available for orders above Rs 30,000. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your preferred plan before placing the order.
